Immunizations/Vaccinations

Immunizations are given ONCE a Month - these dates will be posted on our social media & hopefully updated here on this webpage.

UPCOMING 2026 DATES: January 28, February 25, and March 25. Open to any Indiana resident.

FREE immunizations are for children, newborn through age five, who do not have adequate insurance or Medicare coverage. Parents call in and make an appointment for Wednesday mornings (574-773-2149), and The Center’s nurse and volunteers provide care for the children from check-in thru giving of the immunizations/vaccinations. Walk-ins welcome, appointment preferred. 

Beginning in 2026, FCDC will start to accept free will donations for these immunizations to help offset the cost of purchasing the vaccines, refrigerator & freezer equipment, 2 new thermometers each year, staff RN costs, etc.

Baby Care Items

At times, baby items are available for residents of the Wa-Nee School Community (diapers, etc.). If parents have a need for baby care items, they may contact The Center to check availability.

*All services and programs provided by Family Christian Development Center are for residents of The WaNee Community School District - Nappanee and Wakarusa.
